Calling all local artists - Could the Cooper Gallery be your new place to create?

As part of an exciting renovation project at The Cooper Gallery, two new commercial units are now available for rent to local artists.

Launching on Thursday, 28 November the affordable and characterful studios in the grounds of the gallery are part of a wider development which includes; exhibition area, café and outdoor digital installation.

The £125,000 renovation project and digital installation has taken place thanks to funding from Arts Council England, who supports activities across the arts museums and libraries.

The modern secure studios include, wifi internet, on site café and cultural venue, creative space all at a location that connects people with the community and other artists.
